The project involves involves all labor, material, equipment, tools, travel and performance of all operations required to meet the requirements of an interior, sub-floor, perimeter basement drain indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract at Hanscom AFB MA in accordance with contract drawings and specifications. The principle items of work include but are not necessarily limited to: drainage pipe installation in both the interior and exterior of buildings, sump pump installation, electrical connections, landscaping, earthwork and sitework. Work will be issued on a delivery order basis for the life of the contract. The contract length will be 3 years: the Basic year and 2 Option years. The Government reserves the right to make a single award or multiple awards. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A firm-fixed priced contract is anticipated.
