Holder and Mayo instrument stand, or equal, a ceiling-mounted medical supply cabinet, one mot/Castel model aqua-cuaver 30 sterlizer,or equial shall be provided, and cost hooks shall be installed at convenient locations throughout the area. The minor surgical area walls shall also be lead lined. Additional equipment shall include three portable oxygen resuscitators with two cylinders, one spare ferno Washington model 108-AF folding canvas stretcher, or equal. Battery powered emergency lights shall be included on each room. Other additional equipment shall include two, 2-1/2 pound fire extinguishers, a highway warning kit, and four Jacks with a hydraulic lift Jack and tire changing tools. Underbody storage compartments shall be included to house all additional equipment and be waterproof and accessible through a hinged door with a flush mounted chrome lock. Quality assurance provisions shall apply regarding vehicle inpsection, vehicle weight, Road testing, functional testing, dimension and operational testing. Vehicle processing for shipment, from the manufacturer's plant, shall be conducted in accordance with the manufacturer's standard commercial practice for export packaging and shipping.
