Kingman Road, Suite 0119, Ft. Belvoir, VA 22060-6220 intents to award to Intergraph Corporation a sole source purchase order to obtain ADP hardware maintenance and software upgrade to provide maintenance services for the CAD2 Local Area Network (LAN 31285). This service shall be provided between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to include Holidays. Contractor shall respond to a trouble call within thirty minutes after initial contact has been made. Planned maintenance will be at a time mutually agreeable to both parties and an 800 phone line shall be provided by the contractor prior to award of this purchase order. Contractor shall comply with all provisions of the Computer Security of 1987 and Privacy Act of 1974 and with existing DFSC, DLA, and DoD rules and regulations. Intergraph is the original manufacturer of the hardware and software and they hold all provisions to upgrade the software. Therefore, Intergraph is the only source that can provide, install, maintain and upgrade the hardware and software. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document exist and no award will be made on the basis of any responses to this ad. No telephone inquiries/responses will be accepted. All responses must be received within 15 days of the publication of this synopsis. No award will be made on the basis of response received to this notice since this cannot be considered a formal request for quotations. This notice may represents the only official notice.
