A technical proposal is required including a PDM, past performance, quick response plan, manufacturing plan, qualitiy assurance plan, socio-economic plan and mentoring business agreement. This will be an indefinite delivery type contract with a minimum quantity of 29,100 and maximum quantity of 78,000 for the man's coat and a minimum quantity of 11,740 and maximum quantity of 35,950 for the woman's coat. Delivery order 0001 will be for 24,000 (man's) & 8630 (woman's). Four one year term options will be included. Destinations are Albany, GA for depot shipments. There are three quick response locations. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The materials used will be furnished by the contractor. Anticipated solicitation issue date is March 26, 1997.
