A -- MODIFICATION TO COUNTERPROLIFERATION ADVANCED CONCEPT TECHNOLOGY DEMONSTRATION SYSTEM ENGINEERING AND INTEGRATION SOL DNA001-95-C-0181 POC Thomas L. Cox, Negotiator, (703) 325-1196, Scott G. Morton, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-1200. Modification to the Counterproliferation Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD) System Engineering & Integration (SE & I). The addition of an intermediate series of user demonstrations, and the incorporation of detailed element transition tasks, require a contract change order. This contract is an "engineering" and "integration" type contract in which the contractor has established the engineering framework and database for the CP ACTD. The contractor will be required to integrate new tasking and additional test series into the on-going ACTD development activities which include on-going phase I demo review, 1/3 scale preliminary tests, weapons sled/live fire tests, and sensor performance tests. There is an aggressive CP ACTD schedule with the final series of demonstrations beginning in the 1st quarter FY98. Only Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) retains the required knowledge and background for satisfactory performance -- no copies of the solicitation are available.
