Reclamation, PN Regional Office, has a requirement for various types of
cultural resource investigations throughout the States of Washington,
Idaho, Oregon and parts of Montana. Investigations include: Class I and
Class III cultural resource surveys on sites ranging from 10 to several
thousand acres; traditional cultural property inventories of the same
areas; archeological test excavations; historic sites documentation,
including Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) documentation of
civil engineering works; and other similar surveys, studies, or
reports. Some archeological surveys may be require limited
paleontological examinations. Reclamation intends to award one or more
Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity- and/or Requirements-type
contracts, each for 1 year with up to 4 option years. Due to the
complex nature of the requirement, a separate Pre- Solicitation Notice
that contains more detailed information is being made available so
that offerors may determine whether or not they wish to order a copy of
the solicitation. All requests for the Pre-Solicitation Notice must be

pre-solicitation notice will not be accepted. This requirement in not
