This is to advise interested contractors that this office is advertising the following: Pre-qualification of design-build (D-B) entities for expansion of processing and distribution facilities in the states of Oregon, Texas, and northern California. Successful D-B firms will be retained on the pre-qualified list for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of notification. Only pre-qualified D-B firms will be authorized to submit proposals for building expansion projects in the aforementioned states, for the specified period. The cost estimate of projects range from approximately $2,000,000 to $6,000,000. As projects are ready for issuance of a solicitation, pre-qualified entities will be provided with concept drawings and specifications. Price proposals will be requested, which will include the cost for completing the design and all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the building expansion. (0063)
