The elevators at Altus AFB are located at Buildings 46, 87, 172 and 285. Building 46 shall be bid separately from Buildings 87, 172, and 285. The procedure employed in awarding this contract shall be by means of Request for Written Quotation. The period of performance is 30 Apr 97 -- 30 Sep 97 plus one option year.
