Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, food products, supplies, equipment (other than Government-furnished and other items and services necessary) to operate a full service resale deli/bakery at the following locations in the Midwest Region: Fort Hood, Store I, Fort Hood Store II, Goodfellow AFB, Vance AFB, Tinker AFB, Fort Sill, Altus AFB, Kirtland AFB, Cannon AFB, Holloman AFB, Reese AFB, Fort Bliss, Dyess AFB, Sheppard AFB, F.E. Warren AFB, Fitzsimons AMC, Minot AFb, Grand Forks AFb, Ellsworth AFb, Offutt AFB, McConnell AFB, Fort Riley. Contractor shall be responsible for providing, displaying, merchandising, processing and storing products for sale to commissary patrons.
