Gallman, 505-784-2958 Contractor shall provide non-personal services including all necessary plant, labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and all other essentials necessary to provide Basewide and Military Family Housing refuse collection and disposal including the operation of the recycling center as specified in the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the contract at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. This is a firm fixed price contract with a period of performance of 01 October 1997 through 30 September 1998 with four (4) one-year options. This procurement will be awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program as unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for those concerns and its affiliates is 4953 and is defined as a concern whose average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years did not exceed $6.0 million.
