V -- SERVICES OF HELICOPTER, FULLY OPERATED SOL RFP R1-14-97-031 DUE 042197 POC Contracting, (406) 293-6211, Ext. 2111 Bids are being solicited to obtain services of a helicopter fully operated by a long line (vertical reference) qualified pilot and a fuel truck for 1997 with an option to extend the services for two option periods. Aircraft must have GPS capability, and be equipped with an in-flight programmable 9600 VFH FM radio and a variable capacity collapisble bucket. Helicopter will be based at Libby Airport, Lincoln County, Liggy, MT. Estimated start work date is 06/11/97. Performance time will be aproximately 100 days.
