Specialist, (518) 452-4079 The U. S. Postal Service seeks proposals to
lease existing space or space to be modified in the community of
Cleverdale, NY 12820. All sites within the preferred area will be
considered; however, sites offered within the following coundaries will
be given priority consideration: on the north by Ripley Point; and on
the south by the intersection of Route 9L and Cleverdale Road. Space
requirements are approximately 500 net interior sf and 5,000 sf of
driveway, parking and maneuvering on a site of 12,000 sf total
developable area less setbacks. The lease term is for a base of ten
years with two (2) renewal options of five (5) years each. Proposals
will be received through April 11, 1997, and must be submitted by
principals only on specified forms and in accordance with the official
advertisement for space. Plans, specifications, and proposal documents
