lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be
constructed in the community of Stony Creek, NY 12878. All sites within
the preferred area will be considered; however, sites offered within
the town limits and bounded as follows will receive priority
consideration: 1/4 mile in any direction from the intersection of
Hadley-Harrisburg Road and Warrensburg-Roaring Branch Road. Space
requirements are for approximately 1,512 net interior sf; and 13,351 sf
of driveway, parking and maneuvering area and 34,596 total developable
site (less setbacks). The lease term is for a minimum of twenty years
with four five-year renewal options. Proposals will be received
through April 4, 1997, and must be submitted by principals only on
specified forms and in accordance with the official advertisement for
space. Solicitation packages may be purchased by sending a
