Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be constructed in the community of Bridgewater, NY 13313. All sites within the preferred area will be considered; however, sites offered within the following boundaries will receive priority consideration: 1/4 mile in any direction from the intersection of Routes 8 and 20. Space requirements are for approximately 1,512 net interior sf; and 13,351 sf of driveway, parking and maneuvering area and 34,596 total developable site (less setbacks). The lease term is for a minimum of twenty years with four five-year renewal options.
