of a fixed fire suppression system complete and in accordance with
plans and specifications for two National Historic Sites: 1) Battery
Huger Museum, Fort Sumter (site is accessible only by water),
Charleston, South Carolina, (automatic fixed wet-pipe fire suppression
system with on-off sprinkler heads); 2) Charles Pinckney House, Snee
Farm, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Charleston County, South Carolina
(automatic dry-pipe suppression system). The estimated value of the
work is between $100,000 and $250,000. Plans and specifications are
$30.00/set. Payment must be in the form of a cashier's check, company
check, certified check or money order and made payable to FAO, USACOE,
