Offers are requested for the installation of control cables from the Remote Transmitter/Receiver (RTR) site in the Southwest area to the new Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Base Building, Palwaukee Municipal Airport, Wheeling, Illinois. The work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: installation of 4-4" ducts underneath runways and the Wheeling drainage ditch; installation of 2-4" concrete encased PVC conduits under the paved areas adjacent to the RTR building; installation of two 50 pair control cables from the RTR site to the new ATCT Base Building; and installation of six precast manholes on the airfield.
