The work shall include all containment barrier installation, removal, cleaning/decontamination and disposal required to complete the work. Proposal must be submitted with two separate price proposals: Ceiling Abatement-Remove and Dispose costs; Floor Plank Abatement -- Remove and Dispose costs. The estimated construction cost range is $200,000 to $300,000. The performance period for the contract will be 60 calendar days.
