Z -- CONSTRUCT TWO NEW PRE-ENGINEERED STRUCTURES SOL F04666-97-B0012 POC Joel Burgess, 916/634-3410, Contracting Officer, Larry Fox, 916/634-3309 Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to construct two new pre-engineered structures, to include a 6,000 square foot administration building and a 5,000 square foot warehouse building at Beale AFB. To include site, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and related work. A list of bid additives will be included. Contractor will provide complete architecture, civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems for the two buildings. The buildings shall have a slab on grade, steel structure, metal panel and CMU walls, sloped standing seam metal roof and interior finishes. Contractor will also provide all new walls, ceilings, windows, doors, hardware, trim, finishes, mechanical, and plumbing, electrical systems including panels, electrical service, power, lighting, telephones, fire detection and alarm systems. The work will also include the design and construction of overhead (wet pipe) fire sprinkling systems for both facilities. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000. and $1,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 1 May 97 -- at no charge until supply is exhausted.
