These items must be exact replacement items for the existing instrumentation circuitry to be applicable. In addition, the software code which interfaces to the instrumentation system is proprietary information. As such, Applied Display Technology has been identified as the only responsible source capable of meeting the Government's requirements. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
