The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to negotiate with Brandegee, Inc. to provide "Guidelines for Effective Planning and Implementation of FHWA's Exhibit Program." The work consist of preparing a manual which includes exhibit photographs. It will offer a strategic approach to FHWA'S exhibit activities and provide the tools to: (1) plan exhibits effectively; (2) prioritize shows; (3) familiarize FHWA field offices with FHWA HQ's exhibit schedule and demonstrate the need for field staffing of exhibits; (4) evaluate the effectiveness of exhibits.
