The FISC, Norfolk, Det, Phila.intends to issue a contract to the South Carolina Research Authority for the design, testing, maintenance support and prove out of several computer aided design, computer aided engineering, and logistics support technologies currently under development under the Rapid Acquisition of Manufactured Parts (RAMP) Program. This is a sole source, level of effort requirement for 350,000 hours. The period of performance for the base year will be from 15 July 1997 through 14 July 1998.
