The Corporation for National and Community Service seeks several contractors to design and carry out evaluation activities connected with the Corporations' programs as authorized by the National and community Service Act of 1990, as Amended by the National and Community Service Trust Act of 1993. Services include a variety of evaluation requirements on a task order basis in support of evaluations of the Corporation's programs. The requirements are expected to involve evaluation design and development, OMB clearance, quantitative and qualitative information collection, data analysis, and report writing and results dissemination. It is estimated that the period of performance for each contract will be five (5) years from date of contract award, one base year with four (4) one-year priced options. It is anticipated that multiple awards will result from the solicitation issued under this notice.
