Radtke, (202)767-7981 The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Georgia Tech Research Corporation (GTRC) an order under an existing basic ordering agreement, with a six month period of performance. This decision is based on FAR 6.302-1, "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements", 10 U.S. C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S. C. 253(c)(1). The contractor shall evaluate the state of first principles (i.e. physics-based) simulations for modeling conventional weapons effectiveness. Any information submitted in response to this notice shall be done completely at the respondent's expense, become the property of the Government, and not be returned.See Note 22. (0064)
