WESTENHAVER (501) 212-4402 (Site Code DAHA03) Type A, B, and C Sevices for the design of a Vehicle Maintenance/AGE Complex. Services are required for design of a new Vehicle Maintenance/AGE Complex. The total scope of the project is 21,300 SF consisting of 7,800 SF Vehicle Maintenance, 6,000 SF Vehicle Operations Parking Shed, 1,500 SF Refueling Vehicle Shop, 4,800 SF Alter Building 205 for AGE, 1,200 SF Addition to Building 205 for AGE. Project will include design of site improvements, drainage, and pavements. Scope of work will include Type A investigative services with options for Type B design services and Type C inspection services. Construction cost are estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Significant evaluation criteria for A-E selection, in descending order of importance are: (1) Professional Qualifications of the firm, principals, staff, and consultants. Disciplines required are Architect, Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Structural Engineer, and Environmental Engineer, (2) Specialized Experience and Technical Competencein the type of work required, (3) Capacity to accomplish work in the required time allowed, (4) Past performance on DoD or civilian agency contracts with respect to cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules, (5) Location of your firm with respect to the Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, (6) Volumne of DoD work in the past 12 months. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
