E-MAIL: Myron L. Kemerer, Myron.L.Kemerer.1@gsfc.nasa.gov. NASA/GSFC plans to issue a request for white papers for the Outsourcing Desktop Initiative for NASA (ODIN) procurement. It is anticipated that the request will be released no later than Monday, March 10, 1997. Offerors will be required to respond to numerous questions pertaining to the outsourcing initiative. The responses will be limited to 25 pages. After receipt of the responses, the government intends to evaluate them and hold oral discussions with offerors. If the number of responses is reasonable than the government will hold oral discussions with all offerors submitting responses. However, if not than the government will select those offerors that we will hold oral discussions with.
