(505) 827-2911 The Superfund Oversight Section of the Ground Water
Quality Bureau, part of the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) is
soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to drill, complete, and
develop at least 22 groundwater monitoring wells within the State of
New Mexico. Wells will be between 40 and 300 feet deep. A maximum of
$275,000.00 is available for a two year contract, with an option to
extend the contract for an additional 2 years contingent on additional
funding. Revenues for the contract are 100% from an EPA Superfund
Cooperative Agreement. Proposals must be received by Tuesday, April 15,
1997, at 5:00 PM. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to
