Goff, (703) 602-7817, Ext. 523 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on n multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-97-G-5237 with Ceridian Corporation, Computing Devices International, 3101 East 70th Street, Bloomington, MN 55425-1640. Orders will be issued for the material and services required for the installation and checkout of the AN/UYH-16(V) and AN/UYH-3(V) and other related equipment, including sub-assemblies and components. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Ceridian Corporation is currently the only manufacturer (sole producer) with the design and production knowledge to provide the required effort. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the navy's requirement.
