The Office of Naval Research (ONR) is seeking a contractor to provide analytic, software, and database support for the Science and Technology Advisory Board (STAB). Support involves but is not limited to technical and administrative support to the STAB programs in Graphical Modeling System (GMS) Software Development, General Analytic Support, Corporate Programmatic Model Development, and Database Development. The contractor shall: (1) provide general analysis services to the corporate staff in response to ad-hoc queries generated by ONR and other government agencies in support of ONR's corporate mission; (2) provide the ability to display on computers screens the interrelationships between numerous elements relevant to the S&T community; (3) provide support to the contracting officer's technical representatives in the construction and maintenance of graphical models developed using GMS; and (4) develop and maintain various database at the direction of the COTR in support of ONR's corporate mission.It is anticipated that the term of this contract resulting from this solicitation will be one base year and 4 one-year options. This procurement is a total Small Business Set Aside with a Standard Classification Industry (SIC) Code of 8711 with a size standard of average annual receipts over a three year period not exceeding $20 million.
