Foreign In-Bond Code and U.S. In-Bond Code as In transit indicators; hazardous commodity indicator flag; container indicator flag; RoRo indicator flag; Reefer indicator flag; also COM4_DESC, VALUE, and HARM4. This information is available from U.S. Customs Houses only. This must be a bundled system in that the vendor is responsible for all aspects of the service data, host computer, retrieval routines, communications, and user workstations. The information must be accessible via relatively simple remote query routines and must be accurate, complete, and timely. The Maritime Administration plans to solicit and negotiate a three year follow-on contract with the Journal of Commerce on a non-competitive basis for the above services in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 253(a)(1), only one responsible source (FAR 6.302-1).
