Cunningham, 304-726-5047 The work consists of grading, paving, building structure, equipment relocation, mechanical and electrical systems to construct an addition to the existing Maintenance Building 145. The addition shall be a concrete structure 50' x 85' with bar joist, metal deck, and EPDM roofing. Mechanical work will include exterior steam piping, unit steam heaters, air piping, fire protection and equipment relocation. Electrical work consists of lighting and general power supply. Estimate range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about March 21, 1997. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors. $35 non-refundable fee payable to Alliant Techsystems must be submitted with written request to obtain plans and specifications.
