The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required to maintain the grounds throughout the Naval Air Station, Fallon, Nevada and related work as authorized by the Contracting Officer. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract with a estimate between $1 million to $5 million per year. The resulting contract will include landscaping (installation of trees, sod, and shrubs, etc.) which will be on an indefinite quantitity basis. Delivery Orders will be issued for each requirement. The contract duration is one year with four option years. Bid packages will be available approximately May 01, 1997, issued on a first come, first served basis until supplies are exhausted.
