This is a market survey to locate additional sources or alternate sources for the overhaul and repair of Horizontal Indicator ID-2103A/A, NSN 6605-01-029-7542, manufactured by Astronautics Inc., W. Teutonia Ave Box 523, Milwaukee, WI 53201. Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWRs)is available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing an alternate item must so indicate, in writing, to Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AA, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. Only those offerors who can meet the total technical and delivery requirements with a fully qualified ID-2103 that meets form, fit and function requirements should respond. Offerors proof of their ability to meet government requirements shall, as a minimum include the following: a.) equipment availability and validated bench and flight test data to show the offeror's capability to meet UH-60A/L Black Hawk Helicopter operational requirements; b.) must meet three (3) year performance warranty.
