(No collect calls) The U.S. Secret Service intends to purchase on a Brand Name or Equal basis, 65 Curtis Cellphone System Analyzers, CSA-6300B-LE, Analyzers, Law Enforcement model, including carrying case, AC or DC charger-adapter, antenna, 12v cigarette lighter adapter, and Internal HI-Capacity Ni-Cad battery pack. The Secret Service is soliciting product brochures or descriptions which shall demonstrate that the product offered is easily portable, capable of analyzing Mobile Identification/Subscriber Numbers, Electronic Serial Numbers and the Station Class Marks from a cellular telephone from a distant of at least 30 yards, and display the numbers in English. The analyzer must have a lighted LCD display, internal non-volatile storage/memory of at least 50 readings, have a time and date stamp, be able to read locked cellphones, and weigh not more than 6 pounds. Award is anticipated in approximately 30 days from receipt of quotes. See Note 1. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by theagency.
