The contractor shall provide book subscription plans, to include delivery of books, processing, cataloging, book jackets, cataloge card sets, book pocket cards, and MARC record diskettes. By ordering a specific book subscription plan the Government agrees to purchase a certain number of books each month throughout the the subscription period of one year. Books will be delivered to various US Army and Air Force libraries located in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands and Italy. All responsible sources may submit a bid.
