Maintenance of the hardware and software includes field change orders, minor software patches, software and hardware upgrades of the Epoch Infinite Storage Register optical mass storage system. Maintenance includes telephone hotline support of the PixTex/EFS Trademark imaging software from Excalibur Technologies, and includes minor and major revisions of the EFS software, configuration assistance, bug patches and operational help. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 7379. Response time will be the next working day or within 24 hours after receiving a trouble call, whichever is sooner.
