Printing (BEP), Office of Procurement, is conducting a market survey,
sources sought and industry comments of the statement of work for the
hardware and software to build a Computerized Maintenance Management
System (CMMS). Included in this system will be the labor to field the
CMMS applications, integrate the CMMS applications with existing
systems, and provide ongoing support of the CMMS hardware and software.
This automated system will be designated to satisfy the information
requirements of both management and craftspersons involved with the
operation and maintenance of the currency and postage stamp presses and
related equipment. The two goals of this system are: 1) Establish a
real time system to track and report the status of equipment; 2)
Provide craftspersons with quick access to on-line, cross referenced
drawings and documentation required to repair equipment, eliminating
lengthy document searches and reducing down time. The statement of work
