The area of consideration for this service is Roseburg, Oregon. Comprehensive radiation therapy is defined as all services required in the application of radiation therapy which include initial and follow up consultation with VA physician, examination of the patient's medical record, rendering of a qualified, professional opinion regarding patient course of treatment, and subsequent treatment and follow up. The contract period is one year with a six month option to extend subject to the availability of Fiscal Year 1997 and 1998 funds.
