Such services shall be provided on Wednesday of each week, or one other day per week as agreed to between the Contractor and the Contracting Officer. Emergency services shall be provided on an as-needed basis. After hours services/weekend coverage would be provided by phone. On-center services will be performed on-center which is located approximately 5.5 miles southeast of Laona, Wisconsin in Forest County. Medical servcies shall be according to the : (1) Job Corps Federal Regulations (Title 20, Code of Federal Regulations, 684); (2) Policy Requirements Handbook (PRH), PRH-6 Health Services, (3) Technical Assistance Guide (TAG).
