The purpose of this procurement is to develop an HIV Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) manual for Title III grantees that includes: a model CQI instrument for use by Title III grantees; clinical guidelines for HIV/AIDS primary care for Title III grantees; tools and examples for measurement. evaluation, action and reporting. Dr. Stephen Tabet and Mr. Paul Root are deemed the only responsible source(s) capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is 6 months.
