Zangwill The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the American Dietetic Association, 216 W. Jackson Blvd., Chicago, Illinois 60606. This procurement shall be process in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to provide professional nutrition expertise and consultation in adolescent health. The contractor shall: develop a management plan; identify concerns of particular importance to the the American Dietetic Association; produce a coherent issues listing and what sources are necessary to address these issues; serve as a technical assistance resource to other organizational components of HRSA both centrally and in regional offices, act as a liaison between HRSA and the American Dietetic Association. The American Dietetic Association is deemed the only responsible source(s) capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is 7 months.
