This work includes provisions of necessary labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision and management to provide grounds maintenance services at the Naval Marine Corps Reserve Center, Louisville, KY, by means of a firm-fixed price and indefinite quantity price type contract. This includes but is not limited to general lawn maintenance, grass cutting, edging, trimming, mulching, plant and shrub pruning, pest control consisting of herbicide treatment, soil insecticide, weed control, and shrubbery and tree spraying, fertilization, leaf removal and snow removal. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 0782. The related Small Business size standard is 5.0 Million.
