This project is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to accomplish minor and major repairs to body and fenders, radiators, frames, glass, trim and hardware, including repainting, relettering, and renumbering of Government-owned and leased sedans, station wagons, trucks under 2 tons and vans of various makes and models. The contractor shall perform all work at his own place of business. He shall have the capability of towing and/or hauling equipment that is inoperable, non-driveable condition from designated areas within WPNSTA Earle to his place of business. He shall be responsible for estimating repairs, picking up, completion of work, and returning all vehicles covered under the terms of this contract. The contract term shall be for a period of one year (12 months) commencing 15 days after contract award. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract. The contract will have four (12 month option periods). The term of the contract including exercise of options shall not exceed 60 months. The resultant contract will be a requirements type contract. The standard industrial classification code for this procurement is 7532, average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three years must not exceed $5 million.
