The U.S Army Contracting Command Korea intends to implement basewide energy conservation measures at Osan Air Base using the streamlined acquisition procedures authorized by the Energy Policy Act. Firms on the DoD Pre-Qualified Contractor List interested in competing for this work should contact the above listed contracting office within 30 days after publication of this notice. Pre-Qualified firms capable of identifying, designing, financing, implementing, operating, and maintaining energy saving system retrofits are invited to respond. Types of Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) envisioned under this effort include, but are not limited to, lighting upgrades, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) improvement, infrastructure energy system and building envelope upgrade, alternative energy technologies, and water conservation and management, etc. The USACCK will issue a Request for Qualifications to all pre-qualified firms that respond within 30 day period.
