V -- LEASE/MAINTENANCE/USE OF ERTS SYSTEM SABRE EQUIPMENT SOL MDA908-97-Q-0104 DUE 033197 POC Purchasing Agent, DORIS HALL, (202) 231-8421 The Virginia Contracting Activity of the Defense Intelligence Agency intends to issue a sole source commercial contract to SABRE Travel for Lease, Maintenance, and Use of ERTS System SABRE Equipment. The minimum hardware/software requirements are: (1) one 2-way data line; (2) one G/W Pentium/100/1.2G/16MBwCD; (3) three W/S Pentium/133/2.1G/16MBwCD; (4) three Datamax 4500-ATB printers to be installed at three different locations; (5) one Tandberg Data Panther 4120-PA; (6) MS Dos; (7) Windows 95; (8) four Mouse and Pad kits; (9) Non-Integrated Business Technologies; (10) Bargain Finder Plus. The system must have guaranteed retrievability of flight record data. The equipment will be installed at facilities located at the DIAC located on Bolling AFB in Washington, DC; the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia; and, the DIA Annex at 3100 Clarendon Boulevard in Arlington, Virginia. Anticipated date of award for the Base Year is 01 May 1997. Period of performance for the Base Year is Date of Award through 30 (0065)
