Work includes the construction of a one-story building with approximate dimensions of 109 feet by 75 feet. Building includes administrative space, storage areas and restrooms. Slab-on-grade in the building is 4-inch concrete slab. Supporting facilities include all utilities, fencing, paving, storm drainage and commo. Network Analysis System will not be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Solicitation documents will be available March 31, 1997.
