The soil has been bio-remediated and originated from a leaking UST. All Soil shall be fertilized, seeded and covered with straw. Three piles have PVC piping running vertical and horizontal. A third party will remove this piping with the contractor gradually removing overlying soil. Tarps, covering each pile, shall be removed and disposed of as waste.
