Two additive alternates will be included: (1) 8-inch potable PVC water line loop, 1,258 LF; and (2) 8-inch potable PVC water line loop, 1,318 LF. These loops are required to reduce/eliminate excessive pressure drops in the event of a fire incident. The performance period will be 135 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed.
