16 -- ENGINEERING CHANGE RETROFIT KITS IN SUPPORT OF ECP-532 POC Contact, Matthew S. Mobley, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) or designated field activity intends to procure seventy-six (76) Engineering Change Kits in support of ECP-532 (Launch Bar Incorporation), related hardware and technical directives on behalf of the Royal Austrailian Air Force (RAAF). NAVAIR (or the designated field activity) intends to negotiate this procurement with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace (MDA), P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516, the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F/A-18 aircraft. MDA is the only known firm possessing the adequate existing facilities, tooling, and special test equipment to perform the Government's needs in an accurate and timely manner.
