These vehicles will be used, worldwide, for the protection of American officials. Portions of the specifications are classified as CONFIDENTIAL. A security clearance at the CONFIDENTIAL level is required. The manufacturing will be accomplished at the contractor's facilities and shipped to the Department of State facilities located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. It is anticipated the contract shall include a 12-month base period of performance with two 12-month optional service periods. An indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract is contemplated for this project.
