The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM)has established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of request for proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) expected to exceed 25 thousand dollars from Government to industry.
